Learn what data sources you can use to improve the quality of insight and outputs and finally explore the practical steps you and your teams can take to minimise the footprint of your use of AI and to use the technology responsibly.

We’ll demystify advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Cache-Augmented Generation (CAG), showing you exactly when and how to leverage each approach in real-world scenarios. Through interactive, guided exercises, you’ll discover how to connect Large Language Models securely with your internal systems and third-party APIs.
